Merrigan
Archdale
Neurodiversity Coach and Workplace Inclusion Specialist/ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia support
I support late-diagnosed and self-identifying neurodivergent professionals—including mothers, businesswomen, and caregivers—to reclaim clarity, honour their neurodivergence, and design lives and work that truly fit their brains.
I also partner with purpose-driven organisations to build neuro-inclusive, strengths-based cultures that prevent burnout and unlock the full potential of neurodivergent talent.

Testimonials
What our clients say
Merrigan’s guidance has had a real impact on my work-life balance and overall approach to daily challenges I often find difficult to manage. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to participate in these sessions. It is something I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build useful strategies in the workplace – and life. I am sad that our work has come to an end, however, I leave with great appreciation and a sense that there is still so much to explore. Thank you so much, Merrigan, for your patience (especially my constant ramblings and tears), insight, and support. Wishing you all the very best.

How My Coaching Helps You
FAQ
When are my sessions?
We will agree on a regular weekly or fortnightly time that suits you, delivered via Zoom. You will receive a link in advance for each session. If you know you will be away or unavailable, please let me know early so we can plan accordingly.
How long are sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes. If additional support is needed between sessions.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! You can reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Are sessions recorded?
Some sessions may be recorded for supervision and training as part of my International Coaching Federation (ICF) qualification. I will always ask for your permission first. If you prefer not to be recorded, just let me know — it’s completely optional.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on reflection, action, and personal/professional development. It is not a substitute for counselling or mental health support. If you’re working with a therapist, I recommend letting them know you’re also engaging in coaching.
What do we work on?
This programme is bespoke to your needs, but we often explore:
- Self-understanding & identity (including late diagnosis)
- Executive function and tools to support (planning, time, task management)
- Communication, self-advocacy & conflict resolution
- Working with sensory & emotional regulation needs
- Burnout prevention & energy management
- Creating habits that stick — on your terms
What if I'm self-identified, not formally diagnosed?
That’s absolutely fine. Coaching is affirming and inclusive of all neurodivergent identities — diagnosed, self-identified, or curious.
How do I pay?
Payment for the package is required upfront before your first session. You will receive bank details once we agree a start date. (Access to Work funding can be supported.)
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. All coaching conversations are confidential in line with ICF ethics. I may share anonymised content with a supervisor for training purposes. If there’s ever a serious concern for your safety or wellbeing, I may contact your nominated emergency person — with care and discretion.
How do I contact you between sessions?
You’re welcome to contact me by email between sessions if needed:
