What our clients say

I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from Merrigan as my workplace strategy coach. Throughout our sessions, she has helped me develop helpful skills such as confidence-building, prioritisation, note taking, public speaking, and planning. She has informed me of practical tools and strategies that have increased my confidence and ability at work and supported me in managing my dyslexia better.

Merrigan’s guidance has had a real impact on my work-life balance and overall approach to daily challenges I often find difficult to manage. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to participate in these sessions. It is something I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to build useful strategies in the workplace – and life. I am sad that our work has come to an end, however, I leave with great appreciation and a sense that there is still so much to explore. Thank you so much, Merrigan, for your patience (especially my constant ramblings and tears), insight, and support. Wishing you all the very best.

Occupational Therapist, NHS

I was struggling with time management and memory issues, and my confidence was also a little shaky. Merrigan had an effortless way about her and let me lead the pace of the sessions. Merrigan introduced me to supports and new skills I would have never considered before. These have greatly eased the stress of my job by supporting my time management.

I would recommend Merrigan to others in the neurospicy community. I felt accepted, and Merrigan helped me see the parts of my skill set that make me good at my work. As well as find support systems to improve further.

Speech and Language Therapist, Primary School

Merrigan has been so patient, with prompts she guides me to come up with my own solutions. My ADHD leaves me frequently overwhelmed by multiple to-do lists & struggling to prioritise. She provides the space for me to work through what should be prioritised & gives some much needed accountability and focus.
Getting clarity on my goals and prioritising goals have been beneficial. As well has identifying blocks and limitations which Merrigan was instrumental in helping me to see how these have hindered my progress in starting a business.
As a startup entrepreneur in the mental wellbeing space, with no team or anyone to act as a sounding board, Merrigan is highly intuitive, something I really value in coaching as I’m experienced in coaching myself and having been coached within senior executive teams. So Merrigan is someone you can feel at ease with immediately.
“Merrigan is highly experienced in opening up the space for self-reflection and holding it for long pauses, if needs be, when searching deep within for your own guidance to surface up.”
I naturally love coaching. Merrigan tunes in carefully, has amazing attentive listening skills but also will then ask questions that make you think and self-reflect. I’ve found Merrigan’s coaching style to be not just reflective but she provides the right amount of challenge to help you personally overcome obstacles
When collaborating with Merrigan on a webinar about neurodiversity in the workplace, she provided both insights and authority on complex topics. She leads with empathy and humility. Working with Merrigan was easy and enlightening. She explains matters in a manner that is accessible and impactful, and her interaction with others on the webinar was positive. She is reliable, well-prepared, and flexible even during challenging situations. Her compassion was notable and her knowledge on the topic contributed to advancing discussions on inclusion meaningfully.

I attended one of Merrigan’s online workshops about neurodivergent and neurotypical communication in the workplace. The session was presented with empathy and used clear frameworks to aid understanding and retention of the suggested strategies. The use of ‘key takeaways’ meant that attendees left with practical ideas of how to embed neuroinclusion in their workplaces and beyond. Merrigan’s lived experience added depth to the training through the inclusion of relatable, personal examples and it was evident how this experience is a further asset in her one-to-one coaching.

Managing neurodiversity in the workplace as a person diagnosed with ADHD was the challenge that brought me to coaching. Through our sessions, I was able to identify and develop strategies to help me manage my condition in the working environment. I am now more prepared to be able to identify coping strategies to prevent burnout and work towards a more healthy working life. I would recommend your services to people who are struggling to identify coping mechanisms. As a late diagnosed person, a lot of the mechanisms I had put in place weren’t necessarily healthy or effective in the workplace when compared to other environments.
